Once you have entered a ticket you will receive a response from one of our team members instructing you on how to obtain our remote software. You will then download and install our remote software - this process takes less than 1 minute.

Once a support connection is made you will be directed to a secure website to enter your billing information. You are only charged when a support technician connects to your computer to resolve your issue. We accept Visa, MasterCard, ATM/DEBT Cards and American Express.

Now the technician will work with you to resolve your issues and your only billed a one time charge of $29.95. Most support issues can be resolved rather quickly however some issues can take up to an hour or more - at no additional cost.

If there is a problem with any service we provide, customers must notify us within five days and we will work to remedy any issues quickly and professionally.
